Identification of Fungi in Kitchen Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) Sanur Kauh Village. Decomposed kitchen waste contains certain microorganisms, one which is fungus. are the microorganisms that widespread soil and water have potential process decomposition organic matter. The research objective was to determine composition obtain fungi species from LOF conducted September December 2020. Sampling Village, South Denpasar District. Furthermore, making analysis carried out at Laboratory Soil Environmental Sciences, Faculty Agriculture, Udayana University Indonesian Genetika Science Laboratory, Tangerang. method used a descriptive experiment, consists field exploration, laboratory molecular identification. results showed most dominant percentage fruit 46.69% followed by vegetables 24.17%, rice 18.92%, egg shells, bones meat 5.16% remaining side dishes 5.06%. identification fungal on fermentation isolates LDA 2 LDB were similar Pichia kudriavzevii strain CBS5174 chromosome (99.71%) culture CBS: 5147 (99.56%).
